Our “creamy dark milk” chocolate is actually a less-sweet celebration of a classic. We use roller-dried whole milk powder for a slight caramelized flavor and creamy texture, and press our own cocoa butter for more cocoa harmony.

Rebecca was able to visit PISA, acronym for Produits des Iles S.A., in 2017, and the time there was unforgettable. She loves working with their cacao, which is sweet and fruity leaves you wanting more. PISA purchases, ferments, and exports wet cacao from around 1,600 smallholder farmers in the northern lush Acul-du-Nord area of Haiti.

We pair this uncommon milk chocolate with toasted local Twin Springs Nebraskan pecans to bring out a creamy, buttery dream of a chocolate experience.
